‘ĕlōhîm replaced Abram name with Abraham. Today, he is called Abraham. On the other hand Jacob was named Israel by ‘ĕlōhîm unlike Abram to Abraham Jacob name wasn’t replaced. Today, Jacob is called Jacob.

Anyone and everyone, pneuma theos leads irrespective of physical status – race, age, colour, health, wealth are child theos. These are Israeli. They may not be physical Israeli.

theos says, you, children of Jacob in time past not a people, present time but My people (1 Pet 2:10). He continue to say, you are a sacred (physically, pure, blameless) tribe to acquisition, possession in the manner that the praise to celebrate from shadiness, i.e. obscurity to His wonderful:—marvellous luminousness (1 Pet 2:9).
