[theos] The supreme Divinity speaks to us through His printed word. The Bible in English and other languages is a translation of His word written either from Hebrew (old testament) and Greek (new testament) by His prophets and new testament writers.
[theos] The supreme Divinity chooses (John 6:44) everyone He wants based on criteria given below.
Said [yᵊhōvâ] self-Existent to Samuel, not [nāḇaṭ] look intently at about appearance about [gāḇōha] elevated, powerful, arrogant height certainly reject certainty not what sees human being, certainly human being sees outward appearance [yᵊhōvâ] self-Existent sees [lēḇāḇ] bethink.
1 Sam 16:7
[yᵊhōvâ] self-Existent doesn’t look at the outward appearance of anyone – colour, race, family backgrounds, any physical disabilities, education, profession, economic status, etc., etc., to choose a person.
All that indeed [pneuma] mental disposition [theos] the supreme Divinity [agō] lead, bring, [houtos] he (she) is huios] kinship:—child [theos] the supreme Divinity. 15Not because [lambanō] take:—accept [pneuma] mental disposition [douleia] slavery mind
Rom 8:14-16,
